Crystals and gemstones have many many uses. Because these gemstones and crystals come from the earth and take so much time to be created they are filled with energy. This energy that is in the crystals is the same energy that is found in our bodies and perhaps even in our souls. What happens when we use these precious stones is that the energy we naturally have is amplified and purified, depending on the size of the stone and other factors. I’ve been using crystals and gemstones for many years, but for a long time I did not see any effect. It just wasn’t working for me. What I didn’t know is that crystals, quartz, and gemstones do not work if the consciousness of the person is not ready or willing to accept the energy. This means many things. Sometimes the Soul via the subconscious and the Universe keeps us in certain situations so that we may learn from them. For example, if we want to use a quartz for spiritual protection because we are either having really bad energy draining dreams or we feel followed by negative energy, we might resort to using a crystal such as carnelian. But then it doesn’t work. This may be because of many reasons. We may need to raise our own consciousness to be out of the reach of negativity by changing our lifestyles, changing or adapting our spiritual practice and so on. Or sometimes this happens because we need to learn and understand the lower consciousness before we can ascend any higher. Sometimes our crystals don’t work because we have beliefs that we do not let go of due to fear. Or we simply do not know how to use the crystals and so we don’t see results.
When we open our minds to the possibility of change and energy the subconscious mind begins to understand and evolve until the body is affected and also the aura, or the energies of the body. What crystals do when used properly and effectively is they remove energetic blockages in the mind, body, and heart so that the energy from the Higher Self can flow freely. When the energy of the Universe and the Higher Self flows unabated throughout our being we are able to be ourselves more, we are able to receive and retain more knowledge, perceive more of the Universe and so much more.
